How to Build & Run low cost hi-tech TV channels

Is the Pakistani public being used as a hybrid device in information warfare?

What is our position in front of India's 900 TV channels and 100,000 newspapers?

Has the establishment of more TV, web and IPTV channels become inevitable in the information war?

What strategy has to be adopted for the mushroom growth of TV channels in Pakistan?

Can we compete with India's 900 TV channels and 100,000 newspapers with just 91 channels and 800 newspapers? Perhaps the answer to this question will be no. In this hybrid era of information warfare when news is being used as a deadly tool in addition to war weapons to fight, it is necessary to mushroom growth of T-channels in Pakistan. Considering today's needs and demands, it is important to promote smart and affordable channel solutions while ensuring the use of modern technology.

The world has now moved beyond 4K and moved from satellite transmission to 5G, with the concept of real-time playback and connectivity with LTE, this technology is now making its mark in the world. State TV in Pakistan is still tied to terrestrial and Microwave, while many tv channels are still stuck in HD transmissions using the HD name, forcing these channels to buy expensive satellite and related equipment and The cost of satellite window and employees have to be borne for its maintenance.

The world has now shifted from

terrestrial television to Closed-circuit television and than Outside broadcasting and now on Direct broadcast satellite (DBS) with modern equipment. In the world, many channels are transmitting on the bandwidth of a satellite dish, but we have to buy dish, LNB, DVB encoder, modulators, dish and other related equipment for each channel, which costs one crore. From up to ten crores. Similarly, if the HD4K supported video switcher in PCR is ATEM bus, which has more than 4 inputs and outputs, it gets from 6 million to 1 crore. (Grass Valley, Black Magic, Aja) etc. Different companies have different rates. There is a long list of audio switchers, central Apparatus room (CAR) studio sets, cameras, lights, cables, VZRTs, NLEs, converters, etc. that run into crores. Due to which Tv channel is considered to be an expensive business to set up and run.

The act of installing a TV channel, which was already very expensive, is made more expensive by the people who take kickbacks and commissions in the purchase of this equipment. Unfortunately, a few vendors have made their monopoly in Pakistan. These vendors, along with various TV channel integrators, cheat and defraud crores of rupees. There are people in the media market who always advise big businessmen and rich people to start a TV channel in which the news channel is at the top in order to whiten their black money. And because of these consultative people, setting up and running a TV channel becomes expensive from the beginning. While the world is now shifting to smart-tech TV channels, the demand for smart TV solutions is increasing in Europe and the US as well as in India - so the channels that were built in crores and billions are now in just 8 million to 1 crore. can become reasonable channel is not only competing with more than one billion TV channel, but also earning as much business as the big TV channel
.

But the need is that we read and understand the writing on the wall and speed up our actions. We shall promote and focus in use of  information as a weapon in hybrid warfare, we shall have penetrate in the ranks of countries that are our enemies, extract information and use it as a tool against the same enemies.

But the unfortunate thing is that we are confused and busy with internal enemies and not external ones. While the enemy outside uses our own information against us. And we don't even know that we are being used as a hybrid device.
