Eunuchism is a punishment or obsession

In ancient times, eunuchs were kept by kings to serve the ladies of their palaces.

It was a crime to make love with eunuchs and tradition to have physical relations.

The eunuchs were made to work, they were made to do things that ordinary people were afraid to do.  Eunuchs danced themselves and taught others, having gurus who accompanied the disciples.  Eunuchs are mostly born, some eunuchs discover years after birth that they are not like normal men or women.  Eunuchs are not from a particular continent, region or country, but can be born anywhere, in anyone's home.  Heterozygosity is a biological process that results from an increase or decrease in the number of chromosomes.  Since a human being is born with a certain number of chromosomes to be a boy or a girl, and an increase or decrease in their number constitutes gender, if there is a slight abnormality in them, the boy may lose some of his organs or have extra organs.  can come  Similarly, girls can have more or less organs.  Because the organs in humans are the ones that define them as male or female and tell who is normal and who is abnormal.  This abnormality is called Hejra.  These people lack the ability to produce children, but their thoughts and feelings are just like normal boys or girls.  Unfortunately, eunuchs are born in Pakistan but the society refuses to recognise them.  If a child is born abnormal in someone's house, the parents also scold him.  To them, it is considered the punishment of Allah, the price of their sins or the bad luck of fate.  Generally, the news of the birth of such children also reaches the Guru.  There was a time when the network of eunuchs was very strong.  They sniffed and reached for the child who was like them.  Even the parents did not consider it appropriate to keep such a child with them and handed it over to the Guru.  But now abnormal children are also being brought up like normal children.  Perhaps the reason for this is the media and the films made in India on this subject, which have sensitised people. Since the Pakistan film industry has always been weak, the impact of Indian films on our society has been very high.  Even today, Netflix has millions of members in Pakistan who watch Indian movies on the platform as Pakistani movies are only a few that are available there.  Even today there are some films on Netflix related to the life of Hejras.

Legislation is also being made in Pakistan on Hejras or Transgender.  Many people are questioning this law, Jamaat-e-Islami has also suggested its amendment in the Senate, but we are not going into this discussion now.  Being a eunuch is no longer a curse in Pakistan.  But intentionally becoming a eunuch is both socially and legally wrong and illegal.  But this is happening in Pakistan.  The eunuchs knocking on doors, ringing bells in the squares and corners or streets of small and big cities are actually normal men who ask for money from poor people.  Some men who are perfectly fine get regular operations just to earn a living and start begging.  There was a time in Pakistan that these eunuchs used to dance at lucky Iranian circuses, wells of death( Mout Ka Kunwaan) , marriage functions, and events arranged to celebrate the birth of children.

So now we find these eunuchs all the time everywhere begging by knocking on the windows of the cars.  Police often arrests them but due to lack of proper laws and provisions they are released soon and start begging again. Will there be any mechanism to stop such people in the upcoming Transgender Act?  .  Whether there will be any punishment for those who intentionally become a hajj or perform the operation and get it done is a million dollar question, the answer of which we will try to find in the intended lines of this act.
